Good morning Ya'll!
Hope everyone is having an AMAZING day! I have a question, primarily I guess for anyone that may have their nutrition certificaion. I have been wanting for years to get mine, and am now at the point where I can. I am considering several different online courses, but the one I am gearing mostly towards is the "Precision Nutrition" one. I have been on their program since August 1 and have lost 17 pounds, an amazing amount of muscle and do NOT feel deprived of ANYTHING. Their coaches a phenominal, nad Dr. B is so sharp. Can anyone share THEIR professional experience with me?? Thanks! :happy:
