After reading so many messages yesterday I made sure I ate all but 200 of my calories (which were left over from exercise) was even too full, drank tons of water drank no wine (which I really wanted one) and I gained my weight that I lost last week back. And ideas? Any help?

I find my weight fluctuates from day to day and there can be so many reasons. Perhaps you ate foods that absorb water? Do you watch the sodium intake? Did you weigh yourself at the same time of day as previously?
I think the most important thing is to forget what the scales say and don't let it put you off. Many people think scales should be banned anyway, measurements are the best thing to go by
Did you eat enough?
I bet if you keep doing all the good stuff in a week's time you'll see a loss.0 -
Yes I weighed this morning first thing like I normally do. And I according to this I didn't have much sodium at all. My scale may be going in the garbage today. I never really cared about the lbs anyway it is the inches I need to lose. But my dr is the one that said I needed to lose at least 45 lbs. so that is what I was trying to do. And I didn't really change what kind of foods I ate. So who knows.
I know for all of us that are trying so hard to lose it is very rough. I was just so surprised when I saw the scale this morning.

That's the spirit! Try the waist measurement thing for a bit. Good luck!0
