30 day shread before and after pics????

Hello! I started the 30 day shread yesterday and I know there is a group on MFP that also started this week. Does anyone have before and after pictures to help with determination? I feel that it will really work, but pictures always help with motivation! THANKS!

There are threads with lots of pictures! Search for "30 day shred pics" good luck with your journey! I'm on day 7! Thank goodness it's easier than day 1 lol.
