OMG I had the worst weekend ever. I feel like everything that passed my mouth this weekend was not healthy and I'm very upset with myself. During the week I do very well because I pack my lunch for work and log it. This weekend I went to two parties (a jewelry party and baby shower) and I felt like I needed to eat everything in my sight. I don't know how to avoid situations like that, especially when it comes to cake or any kind of sweets... HELP!

I say the weekends should be a time to enjoy and treat ourselves (a little). I also seem to overeat on the weekend, but jump right back into healthly eating Mon - Fri. Keep track of the calories that you ate over the weekend. It will help to deter you from overindulging if you see how many calories you totaled up and how much more you have to work out during the week to get rid of those calories.

I normally do OK on the weekends, but add in a party or get together and I don't do so well. I've even tried to eat before the party, so I wouldn't snack a ton. Nope...hasn't worked.

I do try to hit up the veggies first or things I know are better for me. And...I take very small portions, so I feel like I ate more then I actually have.

Hope these little tid bits help. Can't wait to see more replies, so I get new ideas to use.
