Upping Calories

I have recently fallen into a cycle of going out at least twice every weekend for buffet (Chinese, pizza, Golden Corral, etc.) and having WAY too much to eat along with tons of desserts/sweets. I usually end up eating till I feel terrible. Then I eat light all week long (no breakfast, lettuce lunch, small supper - totaling 800 cals maybe) to lose the water weight and calorie weight by Friday...only to start the process again. It has been frustrating, but I have kept doing it for a couple months now.

As of today, I am upping my daily intake to at least 1250 and shooting for around 1500 cals per day. I am 27 years old, male, 5'10", and currently 130 lbs. Hoping my new choices to add calories aren't too unhealthy. Here's what I am going to have during the weekdays...let me know what you think:

6:00 am - lowfat light vanilla yogurt (6 oz.) (90 cals)
- Kashi go Lean Crunch honey almond flax (1/2 cup) (100 cals)
- coffee (usually 3-4 cups throughout the morning (some decaf, some caff)

9:00 am - 5 pecan halves & maybe 8 pistachios (probably 90 cals)

12:00 pm - 2 cups lettuce shredded (20 cals)
- zesty italian dressing (3 tbs.) (75 cals)
- 98% fat free canned chicken breast chunk (5 oz.) (150 cals)

3:00 pm - medium granny smith apple peeled (80 cals)

6:00 pm - 2 oz whole wheat thin spaghetti (350 cals)
- spaghetti sauce with peppers & mushrooms (1 cup) (160 cals)
- probably 5 oz. lean ground beef with 2 italian meatballs (350 cals total)
- sliced frozen strawberries (1 cup) (50 cals)
- fat free reddi whip (15 cals or 3 servings)

I always drink at least 100 ounces of water daily, not counting my coffee.

How does that meal plan sound? I will stick to it every day, except my 6:00 pm meal will change every day, usually with around 750-900 calories total (usually with chicken or beef or seafood). Hopefully after a week or so of the upped calories, my urges on the weekends will not be as strong and I will be able to quit the starve/binge cycle...right now all I think about is what kind of desserts and junk I can eat on the upcoming weekends. I usually plan to only pick one choice, but then when the time comes, I eat a little of everything. Not sure if this qualifies as a true "binge" or not since I never really go over my 1,950 cal maintence but by maybe 1,500 at the most. I read a lot of folks that have 6,000-8,000 or more and I could never do that...but I always end up eating more than I would like and adding 6-8 lbs. back to the scales by Monday morning. Then it's back down again by Saturday morning and so on and so forth...

I'm afraid I will more than likely gain weight for the first couple of weeks, since I am coming off of a low calorie metabolism, but surely at 1500 cals total each day I won't keep gaining weight, considering the calculators say I need around 1500-1600 calories minimum with maintenance around 1,900 cals.

Please don't trash me, but what are your thoughts?
