Corn Flake Chicken Recipe!! ***EASY & DELISH***

I made this recipe for hubsand and its now one of his favorites! It doesn't taste low calorie at all :-) ENJOY!
Cornflake Chicken
Minutes to Prepare: 10Minutes to Cook: 30Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup corn flakes
spices to taste: rosemary, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, basil
Directions
Put corn flakes in a plastic bag and grind them up with your hand or by rolling a glass over the bag. Add seasoning. Run water over chicken to wet it, then place chicken in bag and coat with breading. Place in baking pan and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

Awesome! Using water is a great way to save on calories!
Another similar recipe I found on this site uses dijon (or any type of flavourful) mustard to coat the chicken before rolling in spiced breadcrumbs. I used a hot dijon that added a bit of a kick, and was quite good! You could probably also use honey mustard for a milder flavour... or for kids (chicken nuggets).0 -
That recipe sounds awesome! My boyfriend and I do a lot of panko breading here, so this would be a great way to switch it up. We also use Egg Beaters, but water is a great idea too! Another trick we learned is to bake the chicken breasts on cooling racks (on a cookie tray). They come out crispy on both sides. We call it "oven fried" chicken.0
