Hey everyone here I am again. I got sick for a few months and had no energy. I ended up finding a lump in my breast and had tests done. I am due to go back in 6 months just to make sure it isn't something serious. I am FINALLY getting my energy back. A little about myself. I am a wife to a Marine who got out and is now in college and on his road to become an office. My husband is in amazing condition and I am very jealous of that. I am also a mommy to a almost 2.5 year old who is super active. I am currently working at a major university which is GREAT but the downside is I sit a lot during the day. My ultimate goal would one day be to run a Ragnar. I know there is a lot of steps between now and then. I am not toally out of shape and can jog a 5k. I want to push myself though over the limit of just being comfortable but can't seem to get PAST that point. I really would love some people on here that are trying to overcome the same moutain as I am.
I would love to lose about 15 lbs but really am more worried about being more lean. I am currently 130 and would like to be 115...I am only 5'3". It is super hard IMO to get small number weights off! Maybe it is just me though.
Time is the main issue against me. I start work at 8am and have to have my son at daycare twice a week. By tthe time I get home it is already 5:30 to 6pm. Then making dinner, letting the dinner digest, and then working out. I AM SO NOT a morning person to get up and go running in the morning. Also most days my husband is gone in the morning doing training so it is hard to get up at 4:30 and get a 2 year old ready to go jogging. Any ideas on time management during the week would be great.
Food I know I have my faults on sugars, sweets, and such but I don't think it is way over like some people. I would like to try to eat more raw stuff. I have my good and bad moments. Also I am feeding someone (my husband) who BURNS through calories like no other!
Thanks for listening to my rambling. Please add me i
