I had read this some time ago and it really works for me. I tend to mnidless eat and emotional eat. I never really waited till I was actually hungry to eat. I did not even know what hunger felt like anymore. So one morning I waited until I felt hungry...actually honest to goodness hungry and I then learned to wait for my body to let me know it was hungry not the clock not my emotions actually my body. Try it!:smile:
