I am new to the site. I just started today. My best friend and I are trying to get in shape and excercise more. I am recently married and transfering from school to job life with little time to keep in shape. Since i have graduated and gotten married I have seen myself gaining weight and I do not want to get to the point that I cannot get control back. I have slowly been loosing control and am trying to get myself diciplined enough to go.
I am hoping that this is something that will come in handy to keep me in check.
