To much food!

Hey everyone! I have never been a good eater. The only thing I have eaten for years is dinner, so when I try to eat more to reach my calorie intake goals I feel so full all and it is really uncomfortable. Any suggestions on how I can reach the calorie goal without eating all the time? Thank you in advance for your suggestions. Stay Positive Everyone! Go team MFP 2012!

    On the rare occasions I'm full, a high calorie protein drink comes in handy.

    Agree. Whole milk + Protein + Plain Oats and PB can easily reach 1000 calories and be gulped (by me :) ) in a few seconds.
