I realize I have to have a personal trainer... as I have no clue what I'm doing
I was given the following rates, which I am guessing are really fantastic? What kind of rates do you pay for an hour session?
5 sessions $160.00 ($32/session)
10 sessions $300.00 ($30/session)
20 sessions $500.00 ($25/session)

Is that a new member price plan (will it go up after the first package ends)?
Those are pretty good rates.0 -
No, it's through my company
$12/month for family membership to the gym, and there's also a free gym (obviously much smaller) in my office.
They offer Trainers, and they can commingle your session w/ a Physical Therapist from WFHC that is billed to your insurance.0
