Want to be slim by 50 - Oct 2013!

Hi all

I'm new to this idea of tracking progress - but I did get down to my ideal weight about 5 years ago by low carbing and would like to attempt this again now. I 'fell off the wagon' mainly because of laziness as I was cooking for a hungry family of 5. My 3 kids have now gone to uni/moved out so I can cook for myself!

Anyway, my question is, can I adjust my 'settings' here to allow for more fat and fewer carbs? Thanks
