Is it ok to eat the same breakfast everyday?

Hi everyone! I'm new to MFP and I began my weight loss journey only last week. At present I am trying the Blood type diet and I am finding it pretty good so far. I'm blood Type A and this diet encourages you to become vegetarian. So far I haven't had any red meat although I have eaten fish and chicken daily. (Not ready to give up meat altogether as I am making lots of changes already like removing most dairy products and drinking Goat's milk). Does anyone know whether it's ok to eat the same meals for breakfast. Currently I am eating oatmeal with Blackstrap molasses and goats milk. I enjoy this meal:happy: but i was wondering whether this could hinder my weight loss :frown: and maybe this is not a very healthy choice because I'm not getting variety. Anyway, if anybody has tried the Blood diet, I would appreciate the help as I have 60+lbs to lose so I'll be around for a while.
