Active Body Challenge!

I'm helping to run an Active Body Challenge from our Nutrition center in Culver City, CA. The challenge is open to local and virtual participants. Virtual participants are eligible for before and after prize pots only however. If you are interested in getting involved, message me! The challenge starts January 11th and is an eight week class.

$30 dollars to join, all money goes to the prize pot!

One on one coaching, Nutrition classes, exercise tips, personal development. Each class will be streamed live also through ustream.com so that virtual contestants can plug into the challenge.
