2 scales, 2 different weights?

I have two scales in my house, one analog and one digital. I got on the analog one this morning and got my weight, (166lbs) and decided to try the digital one. Well the digital scale said I weigh 170lbs! I did a test to see if one was off by putting exactly 20lbs on each scale and both were right on target.
Can someone help me figure out what is going on here?
