Stop kidding yourself thinking you can eat a greasy cheeseburger and french fries because you have extra calories "to spend" . Eat those extra calories in food that will fuel your life! You will be able to eat a lot more and will have more energy. Eat more dang protein and focus on foods with real nutritional value and stop using calories as your only guideline. Worry about health and not WEIGHT and you will lose fat much faster without all the stress on your body! Some days your body is going to want to eat more and some days less. Use your body as a guide and don't focus solely on a specific calorie number. Mfp is supposed to be the framework for your journey but it is up to you to build your body from there!
