Low Carb, 1200 CAL Diet - Ideas?

I'm looking to do a low carb, 1200-1400 calorie daily diet but I have a few questions. Most of them recommend whole wheat bread/muffins, which to me seems a little counter productive, or instead of whole wheat to bring up the calorie intake they recommend lentils which I am unfortunately allergic/sensitive to.

Any ideas/suggestions/links? I don't care if I have to eat the same thing every day, I feel like its time for a serious detox of bad cells in the system, just want to make sure I'm not starving or sending myself to the hospital.
