Hi Ya'll! I'm a newbie. Used to be a regular on the WebMD dieting boards (25-50) and it was the key to my success. But that was 3 years and one baby ago. I am currently a 38 YO working mom with a 2YO and a 7YO stepson. I'm 5'7" and weighing about 160. My happy place is 140 and I am in DESPERATE need of toning up. My problem is I'm exhausted after working all day and keeping house...I know I am singing to the choir, we're all busy!

I'm here...that's a start. I need to get organized and motivated and am hoping you guys can help.

ps...already failed on my NY resolutions....less wine, no skimming off my kids plates and no bacon and sugar ;-)
