Cardio or no Cardio is the question? Help Fitness Guru!!

My question is, on the days that I weight train (like Ronnie Coleman) should I do cardio or is it to much?? Or should I do every other day cardio??

I do some cardio to warm up and then some weights and then some cardio again at the end, the theory is that cardio drains your energy so you'll have no energy to lift weights if you do cardio first, that is the theory and my trainer agrees but I am not an expert by any means...0
