Need motivating friends please, must loose weight to live he

Hello all, I am only 23 and am 5'11" and weigh 335 pounds. I have asthma, severe spontaneous atypical reflux, 3mm bulge at L4/L5, and severe arthritis in my back. Just asking for people to add me to friends to help support and motivate me, I want to get down to 200 pounds so I can live longer and healthier. Thanks
