Hi Everybody!
I've been using MFP for a couple of days now and thought it was time I said hello!
I've a UK woman of 40, 6ft tall and currently roughly 235lb. I've managed to lose about a stone so far, but it has taken months. It's been slow going because I've not been able to workout and I haven't been tracking my food.
I turned 40 last week and figure it is time to take things more seriously. So, I'm slowly getting back to the gym (did 20 minutes today!) and am religiously diarising my food intake. Fingers crossed it works!
