Hi. I'm new to MFP and trying to get it all figured out...started working out and eating right (again!) this week and am trying to make it stick this time. I've started diets and stopped them and gained and lost. I'm really fed up with being fat and tired. I have 3 small children and I need to be healthy for them. I'd love to make some fun friends here to support!

I am eliminating all processed foods from our diet (the kids and hubby don't know yet..ha ha hah) and working out at the minimum 3 days a week. I have a few great healthy cookbooks and am basing our weekly menu/grocery list according to my recipes. I'm not doing WW or any kind of program, per se. Just doing it on my own because I have done WW before and it's just not for me. I don't have time to go to meetings, etc because of the crazy schedules we have.0
