I have a problem. I've lost 70lbs over the last couple years and I have a problem with skin flab big time! Background: my whole life I was thin and athletic. I had some deaths of close ones occur and I literally started eating. I gained the weight in a short period of time and was real heavy for about 2 years. I have about 50lbs to go to get to my goal weight but I am really irritated with the jiggly skin. I do lift weights to tone muscles but thats not helping with skin flab much. Surgery is Out of the question because its not in my budget. Any suggestions or tips???????

dont get discouraged..... just keep working out with weights and cardio or do circuit training like 30DS it helps and keep dropping your fat%.......
the more closer you will get to your goal, more toned you will be!
just focus on your goal! YOU CAN DO THIS!0 -
I've got the same problem. Just keep going with all the weights and stuff.... it apparently takes some time for the skin to revert after weight loss. It won't snap back (oh god i wish) but it will improve.0
