protein shakes

So recently Ive been thinking about introducing protein shakes into my diet because I feel Im not really having enough protein but also because Im looking for something that will keep me fuller for longer.
Does anyone (from the UK) have any suggestions?

  • I have one every morning for breakfast! I add half a scoop of whey protein powder to frozen fruit and milk and then blend it up.

    I use pea protien because it digests slower and keeps you fuller longer. I mix it with a fiber supplement and it is soooo filling! You can look at my diary for the product info...I had one for breakfast and one for lunch today
