So I decided for the heck of it to make a food diary entry of a typical day I wud have had before MFP. Come to find out I could eat upwards of 200 grams of fat in one day,thats enough to scare anyone skinny! I recommend trying it, I think its motivated me.

    Oh yeah, I did that once. I never measured a thing until this website, and wow. My cereal was double what it should have been, and all my portions were huge! I really used to go overboard.

    I agree this is a good motivational tool. Thanks for sharing!
