seriously - I like the community here, and I like the format the but inaccuracy of the nutrional information on almost every food item you can enter is SO BAD I am thinking of going either with a pay site or Lance Armstrong...

I haven't had that problem. And I'm kind of anal retentive, so I've been logging my foods both here, and with the old desktop version of FitDay, and so far my totals on both have always been really close.

It happens............you just gotta do some independent research on the interweb to verify the item & if it's different, then create the food for your own use..............then share!

Yes, there are some that are inaccurate - but I've found that most are OK.
It's the down side of having a user-edited database - but if we didn't have that, then we wouldn't have the advantage of all the local foods (especially great for those of us in countries other than the US) or such a variety of entries. Give it time, you'll find the entries that work for you and as you use them, they'll appear in your recent foods so the whole thing gets easier.

Or, if you don't like it - feel free to use another system, no one is making you stay here!
