For you smoothie lovers, I went out on a limb and tried something new today!!!!

I am a coffee snob (nose in air)....coffee is my FAVORITE indulgence....so, I decided why not try a coffee smoothie....it's nutritious, full of fiber, AND indulgent.


Make your favorite blend of iced coffee, flavor it with a sugar free syrup if you like, add cream/milk, whatever you choose.

Pour it in a blender with a tablespoon of psyllium husks and a handful or two of spinach. PUREE.

Add ice. Blend until smooth.

INDULGE....calories are up to you based on what you add!!!! :love:
