Avocados, olives, nuts (almonds, peanuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews), peanut butter, walnuts; sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds; flaxseed; fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring, trout, sardines; soymilk and tofu. Hope this helps!!0

I can't help but comment on some of the posts already here to clear up some disinformation. Cheese and dairy products in general are NOT "good fat". Egg yolks are NOT good fat. All these products are high in cholesterol, something you should limit in your diet. Plant source fats are lower in cholesterol and generally better for you than animal based fat.
Except eggs are high in the GOOD cholesterol, so that's an irrelevant argument. Also, dietary cholesterol is not the same as blood cholesterol. Eggs were demonized with no scientific study, and when they finally got around to studying them, everything bad that was said about them ended up being disproved.0
