Counting Exercise at work

Hello MFP community!
I have a question. I am a Veterinary Technician and I am pretty much on my feet all day. I work at a pretty small practice but I am still "running" back and forth, lifting animals, squatting down to clean, sweeping and mopping, and doing laundry all day.
I really want to claim some of this energy for my calories burned (on the days that I am really busy, not the days I am not busy at all).
Should I even be counting these calories? Or is it just silly?
Need some advice.
Thanks!
