So, I just wanted to write this for anyone else who has just begun focusing on becoming healthy. I have been making it a goal to get on the Wii Fit Plus every day, even to just check in. Though, I have played games or done yoga on it every time. I'm hopping on the stationary bike to burn off more calories if I really want that snack....which is always. LOL. (Wanting the snack, not jumping on the bike)

However, the biggest change for me is my diet. I'm not trying to do any diet plan. I've tried those in the past and always get tired of them. Instead, I've been choosing to make food that is low-calorie and delicious at the same time. No fatty casseroles or much red meat at all anymore. I have lost 5 lbs. in the past week. I am 23, 5'7", and started at 223 pounds.

I used to get discouraged at the beginning of every attempt at weight loss because I wasn't seeing enough change. This time, I'm proud of my change and the few pounds I've lost so far.

I'd love to hear what others are proud of themselves for, especially if you're just beginning. Every little thing counts!

Congrats! And keep on keepin on! This is a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHANGE and that is way better than any other diet plan! When I did this around the end of summer 2011, I lost about 12 lbs in one month just watching my caloric intake and walking everyday. I went on vaction after that and fell off the wagon, but I am back now and here to stay!!!! Good luck in your journey. Do it for you, because you deserve it!
