Help!

I'm back to logging after 4 months out and regaining what i lost and more :( however in them 4 months my life has changed pretty much i moved away to university to studying nursing, i love my course and am about to start placement but hate having regained weight and am worried about what to eat whilst working long days and nights(sometimes up to 12 hours) 5 days a week. Could anyone advise on easy and filling meals (preffereably that i can prepare before hand/freeze/warm up in the microwave). Thanks Annabel x
