Help, ive been staying at the same weight for over 2 months now, desperately need help to get to my goal weight.

Try interval training, ( running and walking) or biking, zig zag your calories, (go higher one day, less the next) drink more water, if you use weights,do more reps, all these things can help!! Try different exercises too, like swimming or pilates etc, unless you already do this.0
