Hi all!!

Can you help me!! I am desperate to lose weight, i have about 4 stone to lose, 5 to my ideal weight. I really really want to lose th eweight however i cannot stick to anything for very long. In the past i find if i have a lot of support i will do better as i will have to justify all the pigging out!!!

I thing the biggest problem i have is that i cannot envisage me losing weight so i generally lose a stone then fall off the wagon and put it all back on again :o(

I have never tried calorie counting before, i am completely new to this and i am trying to get used to the site, in conjunction with my mobile phone, but hoping i will get the hang of it!!

So, hello everyone, i will be around a lot asking dumb questions!!!!

    Welcome! You'll find that tracking your nutrients is easy with all of the food options already loaded. And I try to keep in mind that a food that is close is better than not tracking at all.
