Hey guys & gals,
Does anyone know of any high potassium foods (relative to total calories) I can add to my diet? I know of bananas and potatoes, and am looking for something to supplement my regular diet but is somewhat low-ish in calories. Any help would be great!!

ELECTROMIX! Coconut water!! these two are my favorite no calorie/low calorie potassium boosts. you can find the electromix packets at wholefoods (they're by the same people who do the emergen-c packets) - no sugar, but pretty yummy. you can find coconut water just about anywhere. tastes awful to me, so i just chug it.0

beans, milk, juices, figs, dates, coffee, nuts, oranges, grapefruit, potatoes, fish, apricots... well, here's a link, it's just easier than me listing everything.
