hello everyone! My name is Rick, and I actually downloaded this app for fun. But after discovering how awesome it is, I'm actually going to start using it to monitor my diet. It sure beats just trying to keep it all on paper or in my head. This makes keeping myself on track even easier! And after going through and reading all the successful stories in this community, I'm glad that there are so many people out there that support the healthy lifestyle!
