a small nsv

I have an Nsv that is small but lets me know that im definatly loseing because it always happens when i lose.

While doing jumping jacks my class ring flung off my hand, and my wedding rings were slidding off of my hands I know the weight is starting to come off now.

thanks it may not seem like much but its my signal that i am losing weight

Hey that's one way i can tell when i'm losing weight too. Even if the scale doesn't move much your rings will let you know
