NEED ADVISE !!!

I am following this to T.. often have plenty of calories left over. I do not count my "working" as exercise my cleaning and such like that. I have lost some weight and I have not cheated ONCE ! Is there any foods that will help me lose it faster?
I heard the stories of ALI so that is out... LOL But what about water pills.. anything to help me drop it faster??

I need to see the weight drop or I will give up... trying to stay postive but need a boost..

    if there were foods that helped us lose weight faster the news would be everywhere. so...nope...no magic foods to eat...just keep counting...get exercise...good luck

  • water pills are not for weight loss! think of it this way, do you want to "lose weight" or make a real change? there are no short cuts for real change, so keep counting and exercise, you'll see change, oh and do your measurements, sometimes those change when the scale dosen't
  • Just eat your total calories. If you start eating less your metabolism will start working on the lower amount then if you increase to the norm you will not loose like you should. Just watch what you eat and exercise. Anything else as soon as you stop you will start to gain again. Good luck daughter #4

    3lbs lost! You're already on your way. You just need to have patience and perseverance. It takes time, unfortunately.

    My stats are similar to yours - not a whole lot to lose. It took me six months to lose 12 lbs at the two lb a week setting. If you're set at that, I recommend you change it to 1/2 lb week. Give it a month or two - you can always change it back. Keep at it - you will get there, eventually!
