Great way to flavor Tilapia
Found a great sale on fresh-caught Tilapia today... so into the kitchen to flavor up some panko crumbs with kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and oregano
In a bowl, I wisked up an egg, canola oil, champagne vinegar and dijon mustard - after awhile this becomes almost an aioli but packed with a ZING... Coated the tilapia so very well, and the panko sure as hell wasnt going anywhere..
My kitchen smells so good right now!

This looks delicious! I usually do it very plain with a little butter, salt, and pepper but this sounds SO much better.0
