New here, need some wisdom!

I know I could google this, but I figured you ladies & gents would know better than anyone! Can you give me some ideas on what are good after workout foods? I work out around 4-5 times a week now, mostly group classes that include cardio and strength training, also a Yoga/pilates mix class and a Core class. Are there foods that are better than others for muscle building, etc after a work out? Thanks so much!
