Worst thing today - and best thing today!

Every night with my kids we do the "What was the worst part of your day?" and end with "What was the best part of your day?"

I think the longer I diet I forget why I started, and even more, the things that are so good about what I'm doing. There are so many wonderful outcomes of eating healthy and being healthier in mind and body, that I wanted to suggest we remind ourselves that this journey is not just to get a digital read out of a 3 digit number we like more.

For me - it is so much more. As soon as I regrouped this year - I literally had so much change in just a matter of days - things I never would have expected.

That means something too. So the best part of my journey so far is:

Thinking clearly
Being more happy
Absorbing stress better - or deflecting it all together!
Just knowing I'm not giving up on myself
