I joined today after having a really unhealthy eating day. I logged it all in regardless and am appalled at the total. Tomorrow is a new day. A better day. Looking forward to learning to eat healthy both at home and out, finding an exercise program that is doable, and most of all: losing weight for good. I have just under 100 lbs to lose so I can be a better wife, mother, grandmother and a better ME! Would like to hear from others with similar goals. Good luck to all!
