Hello,
I've been amping up my Bikram yoga classes lately and have been experiencing lots of cramping in my legs and my abs. I drink the SmartWater and have been drinking and eating fruits and vegetables but I'm afraid it's not enough and am wondering what I should be really focusing on to get natural sources of electrolytes.
Any advice?
