Ladies rocking the weight room !

I was working out in the weight room today with my daughter this afternoon...we're doing Rules of Lifting for Women together. Well half way through the workout I realized
out of the 20 people in the weight room.........17.......of them were Women :bigsmile: :drinker:


That just made my day......work it Ladies !! :drinker:

    That is good to know. I am very proud of you for your weight lifting accomplishments :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: ...keep up the great work. I hope to be able to join a gym in the future. I did weights a few years back and I loved it. Tell your daughter I said good job too ! :)))
