Just starting your new lifestyle is the first step. I am taking baby steps. I started cutting back on my portions, cleaned my pantry of all the fatty stuff we all eat here at our house, bought some great cook books, and started a fitness routine. My fitness goal is 3x a week for now. I will add to that as I feel I can do more. I'm in horrible shape but I am ready to get healthy again. You can do it if you really want to do it. There will be ups and downs but you just have to stick with it. Finding a good support is the best thing you can do! Good luck!! I hope you reach all of your goals!0
