Hello, Happy New Year to all myfitnesspal members. I am a 28 year old female from the Jersey Shore but nothing like the people from that horrid show. 2012 will be a year of great change and with that I would also like to have personal growth. I would like to become a happier, healthier, sexier more confident version of myself. I know if I am a active participant of the myfitnesspal community then I can reach very aspiration I have and loose the 35 Lbs I want. I am 5'1" and 145lbs. Good luck everyone in the year 2012.
