Tips on How To Increase Water Intake?

Having a hard time getting in the recommended 8 cups of water per day. I'm a lot better on weekends, but on work days I'm lucky if I get in 1 or 2 cups. Besides that, it's just coffee. Horrible, I know! Any advice? Thanks!

Carry a water bottle with you. I bought one at Wal-Mart and it's 36 oz. So I know if I drink two full water bottles in a day-then I got my daily water in. Carry it with you wherever you go......it really does help.0

I am not a fan of plain water, but found I will drink more if I add Propel powder to my water bottle. My kids are also drinking more since I started buying the Propel packets.0

I use a fresh sip water bottle with its own filter. I can fill up anywhere, so there are no excuses. easy to carry too!0

Yes, carry a water bottle with you all the time. You'll be surprised how much more you'll drink once you do.0
