I was asked to be here from a friend of mine, and while I do have some "weight" to lose, I am not obsessed over it. To me weight loss is a by product of a greater goal. Looking a scale everyday seems strange to me, though I was out for 6 months for a medical reason. I actually broke out a scale, It was more dust than scale when I "unearthed" it. I am not a fan of scales, they deceive more than help. Measuring inches on the body is a much better way to track than an arbitrary number we pull out of thin air. I am mostly looking to convert fat into muscle, and if I lost weight cool, if not, I know that I am trying to be super healthy otherwise.
I am a powerlifter by trade, used to high calorie diets, and not shy about eating what I eat. Look forward to seeing how everyone does.
