Iron and Potassium levels deficient need to know how to fix

I have been reviewing my RDA profile a lot lately and notice that I have the biggest shortfall in the potassium and iron catagories. Well it appears impossible to meet these reccommendations while on a lower calorie diet. Does anyone have ideas how to meet these RDA's without blowing the calorie bank? Need to know how much on a 1,220 calorie diet without blowing it or will I have to resort to taking a multivitamin?:huh:
