Lost 200 lbs., Working on Last 100....

Hi fellow MFP'ers :love:

I've been dieting since I was 7....that was 49 years ago, so now ya'll know how old I am lol! Anyway, I started my journey about 5 years ago and I've lost 200 lbs. altogether thus far, but the past year was difficult and we had lots of stress and I ended up gaining about 20 lbs. by not paying attention and eating badly. So this year, I've decided, is the year I am going to stop this nonsense of yo-yo dieting and non-dieting and just finish it off. I am right now at 264.4 and I want to get to 165.0 - about 100 lbs. more or less.
I have fat pictures and thinner pictures, but I'd really like to have some I'M DONE WITH THIS pictures, so I'm going to try this site and see if I can stick to it here - wish me luck!!

    Welcome, and congrats on that 200lbs! Great accomplishment! MFP is a great tool for tracking your goals, food & exercise - and the message boards are full of fun, like-minded people! Here's to sticking to it! You can do it!
