Protein Shakes

I have a question. I take a protein shake roughly an hour before I workout and immediately after my workout. Now the question is should I also do one on my cardio days? I strength train on Mon, Wed, Fri, and cardio on Tues and Thurs. I take Sat Sun off.
If I should do the shakes on my cardio days do I do the same as a strength day and have one before and one after?
